Washington Revised Code Title 67. Sports and Recreation--Convention Facilities § 67.17.090. Liability of compact committee employees or officials

No official of a party state or employee of the compact committee shall be held personally liable for any good faith act or omission that occurs during the performance and within the scope of his or her responsibilities and duties under the live horse racing compact.
