Washington Revised Code Title 48. Insurance § 48.18.289. Cancellation, nonrenewal, renewal offer--Notice to insurance producer or title insurance agent

Whenever a notice of cancellation or nonrenewal or an offer to renew is furnished to an insured in accord with any provision of this chapter, a copy of such notice or offer shall be provided within five working days to the insurance producer or title insurance agent on the account. When possible, the copy to the insurance producer or title insurance agent may be provided electronically.
