A transportation network company must maintain the following records:
(1) Individual trip records, except receipts pursuant to RCW 49.46.300(9), for at least three years from the end of the calendar year in which each trip was provided; and
(2) Individual records of drivers, except receipts pursuant to RCW 49.46.300(9), at least until the end of the calendar year marking the three-year anniversary of the date on which a driver's relationship with the transportation network company has ended.
