Washington Revised Code Title 46. Motor Vehicles § 46.68.067. Driver licensing technology support account

The driver licensing technology support account is created in the highway safety fund under RCW 46.68.060. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only for supporting information technology systems used by the department to communicate with the judicial information system, manage driving records, and implement court orders.
