License plate emblems and veteran remembrance emblems must use fully reflectorized materials designed to provide visibility at night. Emblems must be designed to be affixed to a license plate by pressure-sensitive adhesive so as not to obscure the plate identification numbers or letters.
Emblems must be issued for display on the front and rear license plates. Single emblems must be issued for vehicles authorized to display one license plate.
