(1) A nonprofit corporation may amend its articles of incorporation, from time to time, so long as its articles as amended contain only provisions that are lawful under this chapter.
(2) Amendments to the articles of a charitable corporation to include one or more purposes of the corporation substantially different from the corporation's purposes before the amendment are subject to the reporting requirement set out in RCW 24.03A.075.
