(a) An Agency of Administration is created. The Agency shall consist of the following:
(1) The Department of Finance and Management;
(2) The Department of Human Resources;
(3) The Department of Buildings and General Services;
(4) The Department of Libraries;
(5) The Department of Taxes;
(6) The Department of Information and Innovation.
(b) The following units are attached to the Agency for the purpose of receiving administrative support:
(1) Connecticut River Flood Control Commission;
(2) Supervisors of unorganized towns and gores.
