Vermont Statutes Title 24. Municipal and County Government, § 4765. Application for loans to municipalities

(1) a description of the project;

(2) a description of the engineering service to be performed;

(3) an explanation of the need for the project;

(4) an estimate of the cost of the project;

(5) the amount of advance requested;

(6) a schedule for project implementation; and

(7) such other information and assurances as the Department may require.
