(a) The corporation may enact such bylaws and regulations as are expedient, including those that relate to vehicle traffic and parking of motor and other vehicles on the streets of the Village; to streets, sidewalks, lanes, and commons, and shade and ornamental trees on public ways and places; to nuisances; to lighting the streets of the Village; and to restraining animals from running at large.
(b) Said corporation shall have the authority to prosecute ordinances through its Village Attorney.
