Vermont Statutes Title 24 (Appendix). Municipal Charters, App. c. 149 § 8. Licenses; fees; charges; user fees; fees for service

(a) The Selectboard shall have the sole authority for the setting of all fees, charges, user fees, or fees for services, related to Town government, except those prescribed by State statute relating to the Office of the Town Clerk or otherwise provided for in this charter.

(b) Repealed by 2021, Adj. Sess., No. M-13, § 2, eff. May 16, 2022.

(c) Repealed by 2021, Adj. Sess., No. M-13, § 2, eff. May 16, 2022.

(d) Repealed by 2021, Adj. Sess., No. M-13, § 2, eff. May 16, 2022.

(e) No officer of the Town shall collect fees or monetary prerequisites for the Town officer's own use, and all fees or charges shall be accrued to Town funds.
