The Zoning Administrator under the Hardwick zoning ordinance or bylaw shall be appointed annually by the selectmen, after the annual meeting and shall serve for one year or until a successor is appointed and qualified. All other matters pertaining to zoning land subdivision, municipal and regional plans, shall be exclusively controlled by the general law of the State of Vermont, except as specifically provided in this charter.
