(a) By vote of at least 80 percent of its members or any larger percentage specified in the articles or bylaws, a cooperative housing corporation may vote to dissolve and terminate all of its proprietary leases.
(b) A cooperative housing corporation shall have its election pursuant to section 1584 of this chapter revoked if it fails to certify to the Secretary of State within 30 days of the deadlines specified in section 1589 of this title that at least 80 percent of its available housing units are occupied by members.
