Utah Code Title 77. Utah Code of Criminal Procedure § 77-38-615. Participation in the program--Orders in relation to allocation of custody or parent-time

(1) A court may not consider a parent's participation in the program for the purpose of making an order allocating custody or parent-time under Title 81, Chapter 9, Custody, Parent-time, and Visitation.

(2) A court shall take practical measures to keep a program participant's actual address confidential when making an order allocating custody or parent-time.

(3) Nothing in this part affects an order relating to the allocation of custody or parent-time in effect prior to or during a program participant's participation in the program.
