Utah Code Title 58. Occupations and Professions § 58-79-303. Term of registration--Expiration--Renewal

(1) The division shall issue each registration under this chapter in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle established by rule.

(2) Each registration automatically expires on the expiration date shown on the registration unless the registrant renews the registration in the same manner as a licensee renews a license under Section 58-1-308.
