Utah Code Title 58. Occupations and Professions § 58-79-301. Registration required

(1) Beginning July 1, 2021, and except as provided in Sections 58-1-307 and 58-79-304, in order to provide the services of a hunting guide or outfitter, an individual is required to register with the division under the provisions of this chapter.
