Utah Code Title 17B. Limited Purpose Local Government Entities--Special Districts § 17B-2a-814. Public transit district trustees, officers, and employees subject to Utah Public Officers' and Employees' Ethics Act

Each trustee, officer, and employee of a public transit district is subject to the provisions of Title 67, Chapter 16, Utah Public Officers' and Employees' Ethics Act.
