Utah Code Title 17. Counties § 17-30-20. Appeal to district court--Scope of review

A person aggrieved by an act or failure to act of any merit system commission under this act 1 may appeal to the district court, if the aggrieved person has exhausted the remedies of appeal to the commission. The courts may review questions of law and fact and may affirm, set aside, or modify the ruling complained of.

1 Sections 17-30-1 through 17-30-23 were added by 1960 Initiative Measure effective November 6, 1960.
