16 U.S.C. § 8213 - U.S. Code - Unannotated Title 16. Conservation § 8213. Prohibition against implementation of regulatory authority by Federal agencies through partnerships

Any Partnership designated under this chapter--

(1) shall be for the sole purpose of promoting fish conservation; and

(2) shall not be used to implement any regulatory authority of any Federal agency.
