Texas Water Code - WATER § 58.128. Effect of Rules

Current as of January 01, 2024 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

After the required publication, rules adopted by the district under Section 58.127 of this code shall be recognized by the courts as if they were penal ordinances of a city.
