Texas Water Code - WATER § 58.028. Multicounty District:  Notice and Hearing on District Creation

When a petition is filed, the commission shall give notice of an application in the manner provided in Section 49.011 and may conduct a hearing on the application if the commission determines that a hearing is necessary under that section.
