If after a tax plan is adopted the directors find that the best interest of the district
and the necessity to maintain adequately and equitably the district's tax requires
a change in the tax plan, the board may give notice, hold a hearing, and determine
a new plan in the manner provided in Sections 51.502-51.505 of this code.
