Texas Water Code - WATER § 30.105. Financial Assistance

River authorities may make applications and enter into contracts for financial assistance in comprehensive planning which are appropriate under Section 3(c) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended under 33 U.S.C. Section 1926 et seq., 1 under 40 U.S.C. Section 461 et seq., and under any other relevant statutes.
