Texas Utilities Code - UTIL § 58.262. Expanded Interconnection

(a) On request of an entity described by Section 58.253(a), an electing company shall provide to the entity expanded interconnection (virtual colocation).

(b) The company shall provide expanded interconnection:

(1) in accordance with commission rules adopted under Subchapter H, Chapter 60;   1  and

(2) at 105 percent of long run incremental cost, including installation.

(c) An entity described by Section 58.253(a) is not required to qualify for expanded interconnection if expanded interconnection is ordered by the commission.
