Texas Utilities Code - UTIL § 55.124. Random or Sequential Number Calling

A person may not use an automated dial announcing device for random number dialing or to dial numbers determined by successively increasing or decreasing integers if the person uses the device to make a telephone call in which the device plays a recorded message when the connection is completed.
