Texas Utilities Code - UTIL § 52.054. Rules and Procedures for Incumbent Local Exchange Companies

(a) To carry out the public policy stated in Section 52.001, notwithstanding any other provision of this title, the commission may adopt rules and establish procedures applicable to incumbent local exchange companies to:

(b) This section does not change the burden of proof on an incumbent local exchange company under Sections 53.003, 53.006, 53.051, 53.052, 53.053, 53.054, 53.055, 53.057, 53.058, 53.060, and 53.062.
