Texas Utilities Code - UTIL § 251.055. Board of Directors

(1) six representatives of the general public;

(2) one representative of the gas industry;

(3) one representative of the telecommunications industry;

(4) one representative of the electric industry;

(5) one representative of cable television companies;

(6) one representative of municipalities; and

(7) one representative of persons who engage in excavation operations who are not also facility operators.
