Texas Utilities Code - UTIL § 104.363. Extraordinary Costs

For the purposes of this subchapter, extraordinary costs are the reasonable and necessary costs related to Winter Storm Uri, including carrying costs, placed in a regulatory asset and approved by the railroad commission in a regulatory asset determination under Section 104.365.
