Texas Transportation Code - TRANSP § 521.2424. Commercial Motor Vehicles

A court may not grant an occupational driver's license for the operation of a commercial motor vehicle to which Chapter 522 applies.This section does not prevent a person who has been issued a commercial driver's license from obtaining an occupational driver's license for the operation of a noncommercial motor vehicle.
