Texas Transportation Code - TRANSP § 472.035. Coordination with Department to Develop Long-Term Planning Assumptions

Each metropolitan planning organization shall work with the department to develop mutually acceptable assumptions for the purposes of long-range federal and state funding forecasts and use those assumptions to guide long-term planning in the organization's long-range transportation plan.
