Texas Transportation Code - TRANSP § 463.308. Notice of Intent to Call Election

After approval is received under Section 463.307, but not earlier than the 61st day after the date the interim executive committee approves a service plan, the interim executive committee shall notify the commissioners court of each county included in the boundaries of the authority of the interim executive committee's intention to call a confirmation election.
