Texas Transportation Code - TRANSP § 367.065. Authority to Issue Bonds or Warrants to Repair, Improve, or Build Toll Bridge

(1) to repair, improve, alter, reconstruct, or replace the bridge;

(2) to build an additional bridge;  or

(3) for one or more of those purposes.

(1) in the manner prescribed by this subchapter;  and

(2) subject to any restriction in an ordinance authorizing or a deed of indenture securing the original or a subsequent issue of toll bridge bonds or warrants.
