Texas Transportation Code - TRANSP § 342.205. Charge Imposed on Certain Interstate Ferries

If a body of water forms a part of the boundary between this state and another state and the other state imposes a charge to land a ferry from this state in that state, the commissioners court of a county may impose a charge equal to the amount of that charge to land a ferry from that state in this state.
