(a) The structure on State Highway 6 located in Eastland County adjacent to Lake Cisco connecting the north and south banks of Sandy Creek is designated as the Bedford-Carmichael Bridge.
(b) Subject to Section 225.021(c), the department shall:
(1) design and construct markers indicating the designation as the Bedford-Carmichael Bridge and any other appropriate information; and
(2) erect a marker at each end of the structure.
