Texas Transportation Code - TRANSP § 201.2041. Submission of Financial Audit to Sunset Commission

(a) The department shall submit with its agency report under Section 325.007, Government Code, a complete and detailed financial audit conducted by an independent certified public accountant.

(b) Subsection (a) does not apply if the department is subject to sunset review during the previous two-year period.
