Texas Tax Code - TAX § 171.563. Compliance Monitoring

(a) The department shall monitor compliance with this subchapter in the same manner as the department monitors compliance with the federal tax credit program.

(b) The department shall report any instances of noncompliance with this subchapter to the comptroller.
