Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 9015.253. Notice of Rule Providing Penalty

(a) If the authority adopts a rule that provides a penalty, the authority must publish a substantive statement of the rule and the penalty once a week for two consecutive weeks in each county in which any part of the reservoir to which the rule applies is situated.

(b) The statement must be as condensed as possible so that the act prohibited by the rule can be easily understood.

(c) The statement may include notice of any number of rules.

(d) The notice must state that:
