Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 8888.168. Statement of Amounts of Water to Be Delivered

To comply with commission rules that would require the authority to state specific amounts of water that may or will be provided to another entity receiving water from the authority, the authority may state the amount in ranges that the authority may change on prompt notification to the commission. (Acts 76th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1029, Sec. 4.10(k).)
