Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 8888.109. Fidelity Bond

The general manager and each authority employee or contractor who is charged with the collection, custody, or payment of any authority money shall execute a fidelity bond in an amount determined by the board and in a form and with a surety approved by the board. The authority shall pay for the bond. (Acts 76th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1029, Sec. 3.03(c).)
