Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 8845.112. Research; Information

The district may engage in research projects and develop information to be used by the district in preparing and implementing the district's plans and in carrying out the district's powers and duties under this chapter. (Acts 69th Leg., R.S., Ch. 65, Sec. 35.)
