Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 8512.0314. Eminent Domain

(a) The authority may acquire by the exercise of the power of eminent domain property of any kind or a property interest inside or outside the authority that is necessary or convenient to the exercise of the powers, rights, privileges, and functions conferred on the authority by this chapter.

(b) The authority must exercise the power of eminent domain in the manner provided by:
