Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 8506.109. Overflow or inundation of public property; relocation of roads

The authority may overflow and inundate any public land or public property and require the relocation of a road or highway in the manner and to the extent permitted to a district organized under general law pursuant to Section 59(a), Article XVI, Texas Constitution. (Acts 44th Leg., R.S., G.L., Ch. 126, Sec. 2 (part).)
