Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 8274.202. Use of Bond Proceeds Outside District

The proceeds from the sale of tax-supported district bonds may not be spent outside the district unless the expenditure is absolutely necessary to the operation of the district in the exercise of the district's rights, powers, privileges, and functions.
