(a) If bonds or notes issued under this chapter state that the bonds or notes are secured by a pledge of the revenues and receipts of a lease or other contract made between the authority and a person, a copy of the lease or contract may be submitted to the attorney general with the bonds or notes.
(b) If the attorney general finds that the bonds or notes have been authorized and that the lease or contract has been made in accordance with law, the attorney general shall approve the bonds or notes and the lease or contract.
