Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 8104.154. Contract With City of Baytown for Administrative Functions

(a) In this section, “administrative functions” has the meaning assigned by Section 791.003, Government Code.

(b) The authority shall offer to enter into an interlocal contract under Chapter 791, Government Code, with the City of Baytown for the performance of administrative functions.
