Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 7811.106. Standards for Road, Street, or Utility Construction

Any road, street, or utility construction by the district begun on or after August 31, 1987, within the corporate limits of a constituent municipality must comply with the standards for construction adopted by the municipality. (Acts 68th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1081, Sec. 15.)
