Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 7803.112. Legislative Intent

Sections 7803.110 and 7803.111 are intended to give the board the right to protect from encroachment those areas that need to be protected from encroachment for such immediate and future drainage and flood control right-of-way requirements in the district as it may be necessary, or in the public interest to protect or promote the public health, safety, and general welfare.
