Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 7803.107. Construction Contracts: Execution and Availability

(a) A construction contract must be in writing and signed by the contractor and:

(1) the president and secretary of the board; or

(2) a majority of the directors.

(b) A copy of each construction contract shall be kept in the district's records and be subject to public inspection.

(c) A construction contract must contain or have attached to it the specifications for all work included in the contract. (Acts 62nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 135, Sec. 15 (part).)
