Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 6915.151. Authorization of certain district obligations

It is not necessary to have an election to authorize a district obligation that is payable from any source other than ad valorem taxation. (Acts 58th Leg., R.S., Ch. 4, Sec. 2 (part).)
