Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 6913.058. Notice of Annexation Election

(a) Not later than the 10th day before the date set for the election, notice of the election shall be published one time in a newspaper designated by the commissioners court, except as provided by Subsection (c).

(b) In addition to the requirements of Section 4.004, Election Code, notice of the annexation election must:
