Texas Special District Local Laws Code - SDLL § 6601.107. Award of Contracts

A contract for the making or construction of a district improvement and all necessary work related to the improvement shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder in the manner provided by Article 7919, Revised Statutes, as amended, if the cost exceeds $2,000.
